App status
Qibla Trust is an upcoming iPhone app and has not yet been released on the App Store. You can contact us about the app, a test version or a privacy question. The publisher is Mazen El-Mir, an individual based in Sweden, publishing as Tres Comas.

For a technical issue, include the iPhone model, iOS version, app version, the screen involved and a short description of the problem. Remove personal details from screenshots before sending them. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, precise coordinates or private worship records.
Support email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a publisher-managed Apple iCloud mailbox. Sonetel provides the telephone number and forwards calls; received text messages are delivered by email. We do not record live support calls. Call recording is disabled in our Sonetel service, and this support number does not use Sonetel voicemail. If we receive a voicemail through a forwarding carrier, we use the message and caller details to respond to your request. Support emails, attachments and any voicemail are kept only while needed to handle the issue or meet a legal obligation, then deleted. Provider-controlled logs and backups have separate retention. Read the privacy policy for details.
Qibla and prayer times
Allow foreground location when the app requests it for a calculation. You can review location permission in iPhone Settings. A valid numeric bearing and a live sensor-based pointer are different outputs. Follow the heading-quality guidance, move away from nearby metal or electronics, and try again. Prayer times depend on today’s date, location, geographic time zone and the calculation convention displayed in the app. They can differ from a local mosque timetable; no universal match is promised.
Purchases
The planned launch offer is one non-consumable Lifetime Pro purchase for the current Dhikr and prayer-time tools, with the localized App Store price shown before confirmation. Use the purchasing Apple Account and Restore purchase for eligible prior purchases. If a transaction is pending, cancelled or unavailable, follow the displayed status. For App Store refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. An Apple-confirmed refund or revocation can remove Pro when purchase status is checked at startup, on return to the foreground or through Restore. Saved records and your theme preference are retained; Pro-only presentation may be unavailable while access is locked. A temporary verification failure does not itself remove previously verified access. Read App use & purchases for the paid-access explanation and mandatory consumer rights. You can also contact the publisher about a defective app or paid feature.
Local data and accessibility
Clear Dhikr history removes recorded sessions from the app’s history after confirmation. Remove saved place removes the selected saved record after confirmation. These actions do not refund a purchase. Backups can retain or return local data depending on your iPhone settings; removing a record is not a promise of secure erasure. For an accessibility issue, include the relevant settings, such as VoiceOver, Larger Text or Reduce Motion, the selected language and the screen involved. Keep private worship details out of the report.
