App status and publisher
Qibla Trust is an upcoming iPhone app and has not yet been released on the App Store. This page explains app use and the planned launch offer. The publisher is Mazen El-Mir, an individual based in Sweden, publishing as Tres Comas. This information does not replace the app licence or mandatory consumer rights.
Contact support@trescomas.app, call +44 7451 255807, or write to Mazen El-Mir, Poststugan 3082, 211 65 Malmö, Sweden.
Licence
Qibla Trust uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to App Store apps where no custom agreement is supplied. This page is an explanation of use and purchases, rather than a replacement EULA. Third-party fonts and software have their own licences, described in Licenses & Credits. Nothing on this page grants ownership of Qibla Trust’s code or artwork.
Calculations and responsible use
Qibla Trust calculates a bearing to a fixed Kaaba reference point. A calculated bearing does not establish that the phone’s live heading is reliable. Magnetic interference, location quality and device settings can affect the result. Follow the confidence and recovery guidance shown in the app. Prayer times use the calculation convention identified in the app and can differ from a mosque timetable or another convention. The app does not provide a religious ruling or a guarantee that a calculation matches every community. Check results against a trusted local source when needed. The app is not a navigation or emergency service.
Lifetime Pro
Qibla is intended to remain available without purchase at launch. Lifetime Pro is one non-consumable App Store purchase that unlocks the current Dhikr and prayer-time tools; it is not a subscription. The actual localized App Store price is shown before you confirm a purchase. Lifetime refers to non-expiring access to the stated paid feature set while the app is supplied and compatible with your device. It is not a promise of every future feature, indefinite service availability, or perpetual discretionary support. This explanation does not allow removal of paid functionality contrary to the purchase contract or avoid legally required conformity, security updates or remedies.
Purchase and restoration
Apple handles payment. A pending or cancelled transaction does not grant new paid access. To restore an eligible previous purchase, use the Apple Account that bought it and choose Restore purchase in the app’s Lifetime Pro screen. An App Store connection may be required. Restoration does not involve buying the same eligible purchase again. No Family Sharing or additional purchase benefit is promised on this page.
Refunds and consumer rights
For an App Store refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. An Apple-confirmed refund or revocation can remove Lifetime Pro access when the app checks purchase status at startup, on return to the foreground or when you restore purchases. Saved records and your theme preference are retained; Pro-only presentation may be unavailable while access is locked. A temporary verification failure does not itself remove previously verified access.
Apple also provides the applicable purchase-history cancellation route for withdrawal rights. Any exception to withdrawal depends on the required prior consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; this page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule. You can contact the publisher about a defective app or paid feature. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for nonconforming digital content and required updates. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain available.
